I have a Cisco Ip phone 7961G-GE and Im trying to use it with Ring Central service. I have had a difficult time updating the SIP firmware and configuring it with the network. I have read more than 30 articles online about how to setup an SFTP and doing the firmware update. However, I haven't had much luck. I was wodering if someone can guide me on the right direction and tell if at all I can make this phone work with that provider. Unfortunately, the provider itself does not offer me any help in that regards. I am very frustrated and am at the edge of spending another $200-$300 to buy another phone. Can anyone help me here?!
