Help!!!

I've had the office phones running on Trixbox 2.8 with a Rhino R4FX0-EC card for about a year and everything has been working smoothly until today. The first sign of trouble came when I tried to make a call and was met with "All circuits are busy". Since there was no active calls I assumed Trixbox had got confused and restarted it. Sadly this didn't help, so I tried to reboot the server. The machine went down cleanly, but on the way back up the machine hangs during the boot sequence. The last thing on the screen is rcbfx 1: Starting DMA. After having tried a number of reboots I removed the Rhino card and now the server boots. Is this a sign the card is dead or is it a driver issue?

Thx.

Unless you have recently

Unless you have recently changed drivers, then this is likely a failed R4FXO-EC.
