Make second line outbound only

I'm installing a new box with Trixbox-2.8.0.4 and using a Rhino card R4FXO-EC

Will only be installing two POTS lines into this box.

I do not want Trixbox to answer the second line for any reason, just for outbound calls.

What is the best way to do this?
