Running Trixbox 2.8.0.1 installed new Rhino R8FXX with 1 dual FXO and one Dual FXS

I just installed my Rhino R8FXX with 1 dual FXO and one Dual FXS into my trixbox.
I ran setup-rhino and rebooted.
When I try to add a zap extension I use FXS/1/2 as my device.
I get no dial tone on my analog phone.

I am a bit lost as to what I am either not doing, or am doing wrong.
