GXP-2000 lockup after missed call

Hi everyone-

I am currently using two GXP-2000 phones with 1.1.1.14 firmware. I have noticed that sometimes after a missed call, the phones seem to be locked up. I press ^ to view the call and nothing happens, I push a speed dial button and nothing, then eventually I press "speaker" several times and the phone finally comes back to life. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem? Thanks!

Have you tried factory reseting the phone and doing your configuration again? Also you might want to check to make sure that you do not have a IP conflict on your network. Mine did this, I just reset it back to factory. Works perfect.

Hope this helps.

if it consistantly happened to you, you may want to contact Grandstream for this. But the newer firmware is about to be out.

I used to get lock-ups when I would switch the LAN environment a bit. Always able to solve with the factory reset (and a firmware upgrade when available).
