connection problems

I am unable to connect to hudlite. In the settings I have the server set at 192.168.80.2 and the user name and password are correct for sure. I was able to log in fine when the serve was on 192.168.1.253

I am able to open cmd.exe and telnet 192.168.80.2 6600 and Hudlite is running and says:
[code]:HUDserver NOTICE AUTH :*** Looking up your hostname...
:HUDserver NOTICE AUTH :*** Checking Ident
:HUDserver NOTICE AUTH :*** No Ident response[/code]

So I know its not a networking issue. I am able to use xlite to connect to the asterisk server but for what ever reason I am not able to connect to hud. Any suggestions would be great. The only error I get is a popup cloud in the system tray saying connection timeout

I have still found no solution to this. As a test I hooked a PC to the same network as the server, and I am able to connect as long as we are on the same network. I dont see why the PC running the client needs to be on the same network as the server if they can ping and telnet to each other. Anyone have any ideas at all?

Is there a firewall in between ? (Also check the clients)

There is no firewall. Please notice I am able to telnet from where I want to connect (192.168.1.205) to where the server is on port 6600 (192.168.80.2)
