Ghost Extensions - How to delete?

Somehow I have ended up with couple of ghost extensions showing up in hudlite manager screen. I am using FreePBX 2.2.0 and TrixBox 2.0 although there are some other packages integrated into the system. I defined some extension in FreePBX and subsequently deleted them but Hudlite Manager (not client) continues to show them. Is there a configuration file I can manually update to eliminate these entries? I have try re-installing Hudlite server but that did not take care of the problem.

Surely is not that difficult to answer this one. It amazing the lack of response in this forum.
