We have IP601 with 3 expansion modules. The receptionist answers the call and depnding on who is available, transfers the call. But if she is on the phone and a call comes in, all the sidecar buttons start flashing red, and there is no way to know who is on the phone or not. Why does this happen? Is it a trixbox issue or the sidecar?
Another issue we have is with the IP330 phones, these sometimes give a loud shriek when they pick up the receiver to answer a call.
