I have a strange problem. I have two Grandstream GXP-2000 and needed to swap them (changed their SIP User ID: and check the setup on the TrixBox). Now neither phone can sign into their voicemail? *97 or *98 come back with "Login Incorrect" I went so for as a factory reset one phone and still can not sign into voicemail from either phone. Other phones using *98 can get those phone voicemail.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

*97

Hey,

I would set the DTMF on the GXP2000 to SIP INFO and reboot the phone.

When you get login incorrect (assuming the PIN is correct) it is normally down to * no seeing the digits.

Andy, I had a similar

Andy,

I had a similar problem with my voicemail on my Grandstream, and changing the DTMF to SIP INFO fixed that problem. Thanks!

However, now when I simulate an incoming call, it won't let me enter regular extensions. It seems to only accept the first digit, giving an immediate invalid extension message.

change DTMF to SIP INFO or RFC2833 , and change dial plan to { x+ | *x+ }. Worked for me
