GXP-2000 attended transfer issue, yes, again! and "481 No such call" SIP message

In any case, I am now with firmware 1.1.4.22 and trixbox 2.2.3. This is what I found:
a) the problem is intermittent, at least on my test setup. On other setups, it *always* occurs
b) I tried analyzing the VoIP call with Wireshark. I noticed that when the problem occurs, there is always *at least one* "481 No such call" SIP message. On the other hand, if the call transfer is successful (actually the call transfer is always successful; it's the phone in the middle that sometimes doesn't go off hook), there is no such message.

Perhaps I'll post the wireshark graph, in text mode. Any ideas?

I have 25 GXP2000, we do attended transfers all the time, have not seen the issue.

Maybe a comparison between my settings and yours will spot some obscure difference in the settings.

Thanks. This is strange, I am using a default configuration, basically I changed the SIP account settings and that's pretty much it. Will let you know after I check with your screenshots
