Cisco 7970-G ** Is this likely to work ??

VoIP SIPConnect lines in with DID enabled.

7960-G w/Line 1 Extension 1111
w/Line 2 Extension 1111
w/Line 3 Extension 1211 (Auto Answer Intercom)

7070-G w/Line 1 Extension 1112
w/Line 2 Extension 1112
w/Line 3 Extension 1112
w/Line 4 Extension 1212 (auto Answer Intercom)
W/Line 5 Extension 1111 [sharedLine] true [/sharedLine]

Objective is for incoming Calls to Ring on Both Phones.
Will this work on Asterisk 1.4.16 or does this or do I need a Ring Group.

Also, is there anyway on the 7970-G to have the Visual Ring but not the Audio ??
