2.2.x Common Setup Problems
- Prior to 2.2.4: Zaptel not loading properly
- Preliminary 2.2.5 build: Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl exist?)

- After installing Hud Admin menus are broken in Maint page - fix here
- Some systems default to the PAE (64 bit) kernel on 2.4+ installs. (zaptel/asterisk crashes on install -versions 2.4x - 2.6.0.10)
- Setup hangs at "Loading ahci driver" and eventually reports "no drive found". - fix here - look for "linux pci=nomsi boot" post
